JAB Law Office- A fighter in your corner

About

Tenacity. Knowhow. Ethics.

History

I grew up in rural western Pennsylvania, where the ideals of hard work, honesty and integrity that guide me to this day were ingrained.  Through sports, serving on the altar in church, and obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout taught me the strength in team work, spirituality and honor.

I attended the University of Pittsburgh, where I obtained a bachelor's degree in English Writing.  I enrolled at law school in at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, in San Diego, California.  I was drawn to South Florida where I joined a practice in Lake Worth, Florida, for little over a year, handling aspects of family law, personal injury, civil law and condominium association law.  I then joined a small practice in Coconut Creek, Florida, where I was instrumental in growing the business to a state wide firm, and rose to the level of Partner.  Known primarily for foreclosure defense, I appeared on numerous news outlets, hosted seminars, and was key in exposing the 'Robo-Signing' scandal that rocked the banking industry.  I have conducted hundreds of foreclosure trials, and am an expert in foreclosure defense litigation.
